Saturday, June 14th saw our first ever neighbourhood “STAR Swap Shop Day”!

2025's first Swap Shop Day saw residents across our neighbourhoodputting out stuff that they no longer needed, but which was "too good to throw away" out for other people in the neighbourhood to take and give new homes to.

No money exchanges hands, everything was freely offered and free to take - and it seems that a greay many cupboards, sheds and storage boxes were raided and a great many "pre-loved" items were found new owners.

We've also now added a "Swap Shop Group" to the STAR WhatsApp Community so we can all continue to find new grateful owners for your pre-loved items in future too.
